Rotary Table

Overview

Rotary table is one of the important accessory equipment of drilling rig and workover rig. It bears the load of drill string, provides torque and rotating speed. Its main functions are as the follows:

* Rotate the drill string when drilling or dealing with the drilling accidents.

* Withstand the reaction torque on the drill string when drilling by turbine or screw drilling tools.

* Bear the load of the drill string when round-trip operation or casing running.

* Adjust and control the direction of the drill bit when drilling directional well.

Designed and manufactured in accordance with SY/T 5080-2004: Rotary table for petroleum drilling and workover rig and API Spec 7K: Specification for Drilling Equipment standards.

Feature

Equipped with a variety of specifications square bushing and flat bushing. The labyrinth mud groove in the rotary table can prevent the mud from infiltrating and blocking in it. The gear passes the nitriding treatment.
