Rotary Table Chain Case

Overview

The power of the mobile rig comes from the engine mounted on the chassis,  and then the power will be transferred to the axle, drilling drawworks, rotary table through a variety of transmission gearboxes, chain cases and transmission components. These transmission gearboxes mainly consist of compound transfer gearbox, transfer case (drop gearbox), angle gearbox (compound angle gearbox), rotary table drive gearbox, upper & lower rotary table chain case, etc.

Feature

The box body of the chain case is welded by steel plate, which is mainly composed of input sprocket, output sprocket, oil roller chain, box body, and other accessories.

The lower chain case consists of two parts: five positive & five-reverse gearbox and chain case. The five-positive & five-reverse gearbox is a parallel transmission gearbox, and the box body is welded by steel plate, and the chain case is also made of steel plate welding, mainly consists of the input sprocket, output sprocket, oil roller chain, chain box, and so on.

Rotary Table Transmission Chain Case

The ZJ30CZ-04-01-00 gear case is a part of the rotary table transmission chain case, and the rotary table transmission chain case is mainly for providing and transferring power for the rotary table. The gear case can realize the positive and negative conversion direction of the rotary table rotation.

The rotary table transmission chain case consists of the following thee main parts: ZJ30CZ-04-01-00 gear case, ZJ30CZ-04-02-00 lower chain case, and ZJ30CZ-04-03-00 upper chain case. It also includes ATD318H air tube drive clutch and inertial brake device.

The ZJ30CZ-04-01-00 gear case is a parallel structure gear reducer. The body of the box is welded by steel plate, equipped with a fuel tank and a gear oil pump, so it can provide forced lubrication for gears.

The gear pair consists of three parallel straight gears, three gear teeth are z=37, z=38 and z=38 respectively, so its transmission ratio is about 1:1, it can achieve the positive and negative direction output through the engaging and disengaging of the gear.
